First Hand duties include:

Snow Fairy: hand painted leotard with appliqué, tutu with hand painted appliqué and trim

Snowflakes: hand painted leotards with appliqué, under tutu, top tutu. Top tutu consists of several different materials pieced together into a "snowflake" design using a combination of french seams and regular seams, with hand painted ribbon trim over the seams. I traced, cut, pinned, and prepped the garment for all the different stages of production. I was in charge of making sure each of the fifteen girls had the correct skirt and leotard pattern cut and made in it's assigned color. I also delegated tasks to over-hire staff and stitchers.
